SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) -- Netflix sent out their monthly list of title coming to and leaving the streaming service in January a week earlier than normal. I'd guess that their staff is just as excited to get their holiday break as everyone else. Well, everyone else who actually get a holiday break. Breaking news sleeps for no one. It also gives me plenty of time to warn you that all ten seasons of "Friends" will be leaving the streaming service on December 31, 2019.

Friends: Seasons 1 - 10

For five years, fans of the legendary '90s sitcom "Friends" have been available to stream in its entirety on Netflix. That availability ends on December 31, 2019. So, spend the holiday season with "Friends." All 236 episodes. 4800 minutes. 80 hours. Ready, set, go!

Becoming Jane

Anne Hathaway and James McAvoy star in this romantic drama based on the early life of Jane Austen and her love for Thomas Langlois Lefroy. It's not the narrative as it actually happened; it is the narrative as Austen may have written it. (Leaving 1/11/20)

The Fighter

Director David O. Russell's gritty boxing drama about Micky Ward and Dick Eklund earned Christian Bale and Melissa Leo Academy Awards for their supporting roles (Amy Adams was also nominated for her performance). Were it not for "The King's Speech," the film may have won Best Picture and Best Director as well. (Leaving 1/12/20)

Short Term 12

Brie Larson stars in "Short Term 12," a drama that sees the actress playing staff member of a residential treatment facility. When the film was released in 2013, Larson had appeared in numerous films; this was her breakthrough that paved the way for her winning an Academy Award for her performance in "Room" two years later. (Leaving 1/17/20)

Panic Room

Jodie Foster, Kristen Stewart and Forest Whitaker star in David Fincher's "Panic Room," a claustrophobic thriller that finds a mother and daughter trapped in a safe room when three men break into their newly-purchased home. (Leaving 1/31/20)

Revolutionary Road

Director Sam Mendes teamed with Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet for this cinematic adaptation of the Richard Yates novel. Winslet won an Academy Award for the film "The Reader," but her performance here as a housewife forced to face the monotony of suburban life in the 1950s was even better. (Leaving 1/31/20)

This 2009 zombie comedy cast Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, Woody Harrelson and Abigail Breslin as a group of survivors trying to make their way across a zombie-infested America. The film's sequel was released earlier this year and will make its way to home video next year. (Leaving 1/31/20)
